Renowned polygamist Musa Mseleku has stepped forward to clarify recent rumours encircling his alleged plans to wed Umkhokha actress Ntokozo “Goldivah” Mzulwini as his fifth wife.

In an exclusive conversation with TshisaLIVE, Mseleku dispelled the notions, asserting that the circulating images featuring him and the actress were part of a promotional venture for his reality program, Uthando Nes’thembu.

According to Mseleku, the concept was proposed by Mzansi Magic, aiming to leverage the intrigue surrounding the prospect of a fifth wife. He expressed that his interaction with Ntokozo was confined to the shoot at his homestead, marking their first encounter.

“Mzansi Magic has consistently exhibited creativity in promoting their programs. Recognizing the significance of the narrative surrounding a potential fifth wife, they approached us for this promo. We seized the opportunity to rejuvenate our tale by participating in the shoot. My interaction with Ntokozo Mzulwini was solely during her visit to my homestead for the shoot,”

Musa Mseleku reiterated that he has never articulated any intent to wed the actress. He extended apologies to Ntokozo Mzulwini for any discomfort she may have endured due to social media speculation. Nevertheless, he hinted at the possibility of a fifth wife, indicating that the episode with Ntokozo served as a litmus test for societal acceptance.

“I have never entertained the notion of taking her as a spouse, and I empathize with her for the undue scrutiny she faced online. However, this episode has shed light on the potential challenges my future fifth wife may encounter, thereby mentally fortifying her. Additionally, the eagerness of certain women to be considered for the role of wife number six is intriguing. It underscores the varied attitudes towards polygamy. Ultimately, the decision to proceed with wife number five or six lies with Indlovukazi Mamkhulu MaCele,”
