Popular influencer Mihlali Ndamase’s boyfriend, Leeroy Sidambe, finds himself embroiled in a serious legal matter after accusations of assaulting a teenager while under the influence of alcohol have recently come to light. These allegations were raised by Sidambe’s estranged wife during a court proceeding in which she contested his efforts to reverse a prior judgment. In this article, we delve into the details of the incident and its legal implications, shedding light on a troubling chapter in the life of this influential power couple.
Leeroy Sidambe Allegations of Teenager Assault Surface in Court
Leeroy Sidambe’s estranged wife has seized the opportunity in court to bring attention to the assault allegations against her husband. She petitioned the court to charge Leeroy with contempt of court, citing his failure to comply with a court order. This order pertained to the return of a high-end Range Rover Autobiography, which originally belonged to her but was subsequently given to Mihlali Ndamase. By highlighting the assault incident, she aimed to demonstrate Leeroy’s disregard for the law.
The Assault Incident
Court documents reveal that Mihlali Ndamase’s boyfriend allegedly physically assaulted a 19-year-old boy during a party held at their Bryanston residence in August. The teenager reportedly was too fearful to report the incident to the police. According to the court papers obtained by Sunday World, the estranged wife stated:
“The applicant recently assaulted a 19-year-old boy at a braai for my daughter at the Bryanston house. The incident took place during the August 2023 school holidays. The boy’s name is Zaiidorr, and the applicant beat him up for no apparent reason. Zaiidor informed me that the applicant, who was under the influence of alcohol at the time, cannot be touched by the SAPS, and he has been too afraid to pursue the matter against the applicant.”
In Leeroy Sidambe’s case, the allegations could have significant ramifications on his personal and professional life. It’s essential to note that being under the influence of alcohol does not absolve one of legal responsibilities, and the law treats such cases seriously.
