Meet Dr. Pashy Whose Identity Was Stolen By Her ‘Friend’ Dr Nandi

Dr Patience Ntshani, also known as Dr Pashy, has made headlines after her former friend and industry colleague, Nandipha Magudumana, allegedly stole her identity and used it to obtain a fake passport.

Magudumana reportedly fled South Africa with her fugitive boyfriend, Thabo Bester, but was recently arrested with the fake passport in her possession.

Dr Pashy And Dr Nandi’s Friendship

Dr Nandipha and Dr Pashy were reportedly friends and had a professional relationship as colleagues.

In fact, Dr. Pashy was invited to speak at Dr Nandipha’s medical conference, “Doctors Network Presents” in 2020, which was attended by notable figures such as Michael Mol, a former Top Billing presenter, and the late Sindi van Zyl.

Pashy had also invited Nandipha to speak at her women’s seminar.

According to eNCA, Dr. Pashy went to a local police station to provide an official statement about her missing passport and her association with Dr Nandipha.

Five Things You Probably Did Not Know About Dr Pashy

These are five little-known facts about Dr Patience “Dr Pashy” Ntshani, whose identity was reportedly stolen by her friend, Dr Nandi:

1. Dr Pashy’s exceptional achievements in her teenage years include being crowned Miss Harry Oppenheimer High School in addition to her academic accomplishments.

2. Dr Pashy, the oldest of four siblings, was born in the village of Botlokwa in Limpopo where she lived until grade 7. She went on to attend two boarding schools before completing her matriculation at Harry Oppenheimer High School.

3. Following her completion of a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery program at Medunsa, Dr. Patience Ntshani went on to obtain a diploma in Anesthesiology from the Colleges of Medicine SA (CMSA), and subsequently completed a fellowship in the same field with the same organization.

4. Dr Pashy is married and has a son. She was born to Maria Ramaremela, and is the oldest of four siblings. Her younger brother, Karabo, achieved a Cum Laude Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

She became an aunt in 2020 when her niece, Mabontle, was born. Sadly, Dr Pashy’s grandmother, Koko Kgopane, passed away at the age of 106 in 2021.

5. She has achieved four academic degrees, which include a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, a postgraduate Diploma in Anesthesiology (DA), a Fellowship in Anesthesiology (FCA), and a Masters in Anesthesiology (MMED).
