Leeroy Sidambe Ordered to Pay Spousal Maintenance for his former wife Mary Jane after their dramatic legal drama after separation.

Zimbabwean-born businessman Leeroy Sidambe, famously known as socialite Mihlali Ndamase’s boyfriend, has found himself in a legal predicament. According to reports, he has been mandated by the Johannesburg High Court to provide spousal maintenance and accommodation rent for his estranged wife, whose identity remains undisclosed due to legal reasons.

Spousal Maintenance Case Unfolds

Recent developments reveal that Sidambe’s wife secured a court order at the Johannesburg High Court. She argued that given Sidambe’s ability to shower Mihlali with lavish gifts and vacations, he can certainly afford to pay spousal maintenance, which amounts to a staggering R156,000. Additionally, she claimed that Sidambe is funding Mihlali’s upscale cluster house in Bryanston, surpassing the R100,000 he allocates for their marital home’s bond.

Extravagant Lifestyle Evidence

In her bid for the R156,000 maintenance, the wife presented compelling evidence. She mentioned their stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Mexico, costing approximately R28,693 per night during the off-season. Furthermore, she referenced a photo from Ndamase’s Facebook profile, posted around December 5, 2022, where Sidambe is surrounded by eight Louis Vuitton shopping bags, displaying a Louis Vuitton handbag and three-year Yves Saint Laurent shopping packages in the background.

Baecation with Celebrities

The wife also pointed to their vacation in Mauritius alongside celebrities Somizi and entrepreneur Ndo Maleho.

Luxury Car Controversy

As part of the court order, Leeroy Sidambe was instructed to return a luxury Range Rover Vogue Autobiography, initially purchased for his wife but allegedly later gifted to Mihlali. Sidambe initially claimed the vehicle was at a repair shop due to brake issues, but investigations revealed it was actually undergoing a bumper repair. The wife alleged that Sidambe mocked her, believing that the Sandton police would not arrest him.

These legal proceedings continue to draw public attention as Leeroy Sidambe navigates the complex web of spousal maintenance and property disputes.
