Colonel Robert Netshiunda, the spokesperson for KZN police, officially confirmed the arrest, stating, “Police in Ntambanana have apprehended a 24-year-old man in connection with the murder of a 25-year-old man who was allegedly stabbed to death at Ebhokisini Area.”

The South African Traditional Music Achievements Awards (Satma) conveyed deep concern over the tragic incident. Keletso Dlamini, Satma’s spokesperson, revealed plans to address the matter with the SABC and other stakeholders.
