Exciting news for fans of the hit series “Blood & Water” as the beloved character Fikile “Fiks” Bhele, played by Khosi Ngema, embarks on an international adventure by joining the cast of “Elite” for a crossover in its upcoming seventh season.

In this exciting crossover event, Khosi Ngema takes on the role of Fiks as she becomes part of the Spanish teen series “Elite.” On the flip side, Andre Lamoglia, known for his role as Ivan in “Elite,” is set to make an appearance at Cape Town’s prestigious Parkhurst College in the next season of “Blood & Water,” scheduled to premiere in 2024.

“Elite” has been captivating audiences for seven seasons, exploring themes such as teen romance, trauma, and mental health. It delves into how often we overlook these important aspects of life out of fear or ignorance, making it a thought-provoking and engaging show.

The series follows the lives of three students Nadia, Samuel and Christian who are given scholarships to join an Elite school after their school collapsed. The story will show how the teenagers from different backgrounds try to blend in with the others born with silver spoons.

Netflix recently shared a teaser of this crossover on Instagram, and judging by the reactions, fans are thrilled about it. The caption read, “Fiks spreading that SA flavour in Spain✨.”

Khosi Ngema’s co-star in “Blood & Water,” Ama Qamata, expressed her excitement in the comments, saying, “That’s on period!! PURRR!! In an online interview, “Blood & Water” creative producer Nosipho Dumisa-Ngoasheng explained how this crossover would provide a boost to the cast, creators, and characters, promising to deliver dramatic and emotional impact.
