He does a lot of things! He is a DJ, he designs fashion, he produces music videos, and he is a creative director.

Don Design Accused of masterminding AKA’s death

Don Design met the Jealousy rapper when he left his kit in Free State and he got it back. He asked if he could make a film about AKA, and the rapper said yes after six months.

The first project AKA and Don Design worked on was a music video for Kontrol with DA L.E.S which was directed by Yanga. It was done under Young Legend Films. In 2014, they closed the Nelson Mandela Bridge to film the video for Run Jozi. He [Don Design ]was also behind the music video for All Eyes on Me with Burna Boy, DA L.E.S and JR.

Afterwards, Don Design became the artistic director of AKA and then started to DJ and make music. His first big song was “Python” with AKA and Moozlie. He also made music videos for Moozlie and dressed her.
Don Design created stuff for AKA, like Head Honcho and Supa Mega, before he started his own label Monday2Monday. He also worked with AKA’s brother on the F*cking Relax merchandise.

Don Design quit law school to pursue his dream of making music. He found a job at a record store called For Real, which sold music in the house genre.
